WWII Commando Raid Interest, an historic ship’s pennant flown during the raid known as ‘Operation Archery’ approximately 8.5 feet in length and 3 feet deep at the fly, in fine linen near ‘quartered’ white over red and black over yellow; it bears black Indian ink inscriptions ‘Maaloy Island 27.12.41’, a swastika, and the following signatures, ‘J.Edwards Eng. Lt RNR’ ‘D.Gordon Stewart’ ‘AH Laight (SLC)’ ‘Glen Northgrave’ ‘J.Law Lt.
