W.O. Miller completed a tour of operations with No. 356 Squadron based at Salbani in India. Flying in Liberator bombers he flew on 38 operational sorties against targets in and around Burma, usually as mid-upper or rear gunner. His log book details sorties from 19 January 1944 (the squadron was formed just 4 days earlier) until 10 June 1945, the entries generally detailed and informative, especially when allied to the aerial photographs included with the lot.
