12th (Prince of Wales’s Royal) Lancers, a fine quality other ranks 1857 pattern full dress lance cap, black leather top with red cloth side panels, yellow and blue plume boss with correct QVC central button, falling red horse hair plume and correct pattern holder, QVC gilding metal QVC plate with honours to Central India, lion’s head side ornaments with brass chain (shortened), correct internal lining and sweat band, stamped WD 1902, complete with full length yellow cord cap lines, very good overall condition £500-600
