Mahogany coin cabinet by Swann, 24cm high x 40cm wide x 49cm wide, fitted twenty trays, double pierced for coins of Halfcrown and smaller sizes, no doors. With some minor marks but generally in sound condition, some felt roundels missing and not all of matching colour

These cabinets were designed by Swann for dealers, the absence of the usual doors allowing for easy access and the larger tray size enabling the housing of a greater number of coins than could be achieved with his standard twenty tray cabinet. The present cabinet has spaces for over 1,200 coins.
