Victor Henry Capon Parsons, who was born in Portsmouth in March 1901 and entered the Royal Navy as a Boy 2nd Class in November 1916, first went to sea in the battleship H.M.S. Erin in February 1918, and was still serving in her at the War’s end. Until such time the remainder of his service record is released, no further information is available on his subsequent career, although he is known to have been awarded his L.S. & G.C. Medal in April 1934.
