Late Celtic, Dragonesque brooch, 1st-2nd century AD, a flat plate brooch of reverse S-shape in East Brigantian (York) style, with large petal-shaped ears with raised medial strips with traces of blue enamel; the expanded body of the brooch has a central panel of three lozenges containing some yellow enamel flanked on each side by a scroll design.
