United States of America 45-Star National Flag (1896-1908), a very fine silk example measuring 56 inches x 62 inches. A previous owner’s letter accompanies the flag stating that it was bought by him 1969-70 and most probably came from the estate of the third and last Viscount Ypres when the contents of his home Attleborough, Norfolk, were sold.
