Lincoln Cowell Fitch was born at Brentford in 1889 and attested for the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry on 1 October 1914. He served with the 1st/4th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 29 March 1915, and was discharged due to sickness on 11 April 1917, being awarded a Silver War Badge, no. 164460. He died in Kent in 1964.

Norman H. Higgins attested for the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and served with the 1st/4th Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 29 March 1915.
