Pierced in centre and with additional holes on circumference for suspension, good fine, exceptionally rare; no other specimens believed known £150-£200

Little appears to be known about horse racing at Long Marston; it may be that the track was superseded by that at Stratford-upon-Avon, inaugurated in 1755
