Swedish Medals from the Collection formed by the late Sven Gahlin

Completion of the Bank of Sweden, 1668, a silver medal by J.C. Hedlinger [struck 1729], Queen Christina seated right, holding shield, lion at her feet, rev. frontal elevation of the bank building, 63mm, 98.33g (de Mechel pl. xii, 2; BDM II, 462). Some light scratches, otherwise good very fine and toned £150-£200
