Military General Service 1793-1814, 1 clasp, Chrystler’s Farm (John Kirkham, 89th Foot) suspension claw and rod re-fixed, otherwise better than very fine £2500-3000

80 clasps issued to the 89th Foot for Chrystler’s Farm. The regiment arrived in America in October 1812, and during 1813 fought actions at Black Rock, Chrystler’s Farm and Fort Niagara; and in 1814 at Longwood, Lundy’s Lane and Fort Erie. Sold with copied pages from the regimental history covering the 89th’s services in North America.
