English Hammered Gold Coins from the Collection of Barry Allen

Edward VI (1547-1553), Second period, Crown, Tower, mm. arrow on obv. only, uncrowned bust, scvtvm legend on obv., double diamond stops, 2.65g/12h (SCBI Schneider 676; N 1913; S 2441). Surfaces a little scuffed, otherwise about very fine with a reasonable portrait, very rare with this mintmark (£3,000-3,500)
