1939-45 Star; Burma Star; Defence and War Medals, M.I.D. oak leaf; Coronation 1937, these five all named (Capt. C. R. Hurley, The Queen’s R.); France, Third Republic, Legion of Honour, 4th Class breast badge, silver-gilt and enamel, rosette on ribbon, enamel damage; France, Croix de Guerre 1914-1918, with bronze palm on W.W.2 type ribbon; France, Medal of Honour, Ministry of the Interior, bronze, unnamed, mounted court style as worn; together with Belgium, Order of the Crown, 3rd Class neck badge, silver-gilt and enamel, lacking suspension loop; Egypt, Order of the Nile, breast badge, silver, silver-gilt and enamel, lacking suspension ring, generally very fine (10) £100-140

The orders and medals forming the group are not confirmed. Sold with a photograph of the recipient in uniform wearing the above, less the Burma Star, Legion of Honour and Belgian Order of the Crown but with an Efficiency Decoration. Also with a page of notes on the recipient, his service and medals.
