Petty Officer Albert Watters, Royal Navy, died when his ship, the submarine H.10 was sunk through unknown causes in the North Sea on 19 Janaury 1918. He was the husband of Frances Watters of 116 Fore Street, Saltash, Cornwall. His name is commemorated on the Plymouth Naval Memorial.
