Arthur Boorman was born at Tenham, near Sittingbourne, Kent, on 7 November 1865. He joined the Royal Navy on 16 March 1885, received his L.S. & G.C. medal in August 1900, and was discharged on 11 March 1909, due to ‘amputation of fingers’. Sold with copy record of service.
