1st Ayrshire & Galloway Artillery Volunteers, a very scarce other ranks white metal QVC helmet plate 1880-1901, Royal arms with ‘1st’ top scroll and “Ayrshire & Galloway Artillery Vols’ on the bottom; 1st Haddington Artillery Volunteers, a very scarce other ranks QVC white metal helmet plate 1878-97, Royal Arms with ‘1st’ top scroll and ‘Haddington Artillery Volunteers’ on the bottom, some wear to the high points and one lug replaced on the second item, otherwise very good condition (2) £300-330
