Militia Artillery Permanent Staff, a fine and rare officer’s copper gilt helmet plate 1882-1900, QVC Royal Arms, top scroll omitted, cannon and bottom scroll ‘Militia Artillery’, two loop fasteners, facially mint state, the fasteners soldered replacements, one missing; together with the successor KC pattern 1902-08, this with ‘Ubique’ scroll, cannon and bottom scroll ‘Quo Fas et Gloria Ducunt’, a silver plated ‘M’ applied beneath the cannon wheel, three loop fasteners, mint state (2) £280-320
