Silver War Badge no. ‘B271113’ was awarded to Gunner William George Biggs, 19th Battery, Royal Artillery, who enlisted on 14 February 1916 and was discharged on 1 August 1919, age 33 years, after overseas service, due to wounds. No. ‘136632’ was awarded to Lieutenant A. E. Penny, Middlesex Regiment, of 11 Connaught Road, Harlesden, N.W.10. No. 159457’ was awarded to Private Clarence Robinson, West Yorkshire Regiment, who enlisted on 12 September 1914 and was discharged on 26 July 1915 after overseas service, due to sickness. No. ‘B43142’ was awarded to Private Arthur Vaughan, 1st W.R.F.A., Royal Army Medical Corps, who enlisted on 12 October 1914 and was discharged on 12 November 1918, age 27 years, 11 months, after overseas service.
