William Patrick Hatton was born in Colchester, Essex and lived and enlisted at Dublin, Ireland. Serving with the 1st Battalion East Kent Regiment, he died of wounds, France/Flanders, on 23 October 1914. He was buried in Netley Military Cemetery, Hampshire.
