Anne Hugo Furlong was born in Cape Town on 10 July 1915 and was the wife of Lieutenant J. W. Furlong, S.A. Tank Corps. She attested for service with the South African Womens’ Auxiliary Air Force on 15 September 1941. Employed as a Radio Engineer, she was discharged at her own request by purchase on 17 August 1942. Sold with copied service papers.

Joseph Henry Goskar was born in Cape Town on 16 May 1914. A painter’s assistant by occupation, he attested for service in the 2nd Battalion, 1st Reserve Brigade on 6 February 1941. Later serving with the 10th Battalion and then the F.C./C.T.H., he was wounded in action in Italy on 24 September 1944. Sold with copied service papers. Also entitled to the 1939-45 and Italy Stars and Defence Medal.

Albert Mitchell Stevens was born in Uitenhage on 26 June 1917. He attested for service in the 3rd Light Brigade South African Artillery on 27 May 1940. He was discharged as medically unfit on 5 May 1941. Sold with copied service papers.

Appolis Adrian Truter attested for service in the Cape Corps on 28 October 1941. Sold with copied service papers.
