Allah Bakhsh served in the operations in Waziristan, 1901-02 and in the operations in the Zakka Khel and Mohmand Country, 1908. During the Great War, he served in the I.E.F. and was mentioned in despatches in 1915 (not found in London Gazette 1915-19). He was wounded on 21 July 1917.
