Henry Rodney Elliott was born in May 1804, qualified as M.R.C.S. in 1827, and was appointed Assistant Surgeon on the Bombay Medical Establishment on 25 May 1828. He became Surgeon in January 1844, and died at Mandvi on 17 October 1853.
