Germany, Auf die Deutsche Mobilmachung [Mobilization of the German Army], 1914, a cast bronze medal by K. Goetz, naked figure of Atlas supporting a globe, flames in field, rev. giant seizing bull by the horns, 84mm (K 134; Frankenhuis 470). Small sprue hole on edge and tiny obverse rim nick at 7 o’clock, otherwise extremely fine (£50-70)
