France, Baigneuses, 1908, a bronze medal by A. Lafleur, two naked females bathing, rev. trees by a river-bank, 54mm (CGMP p.214; ANS Exh. Cat. 1910, p.171, 1; BDM VII, 526; cf. DW 19, 269). Tiny obverse rim nick at 6 o’clock, otherwise extremely fine and softly modelled (£30-40)
