Victoria (1837-1901), Victoria, Diamond Jubilee, 1897, a bronze medal for St Saviour’s Church, Pimlico, unsigned, diademed bust left, rev. view of the church, 78mm (BHM 3582); together with other medals for the same event (4), in bronze (3), by the Mint, Birmingham (2), one for the Ironmongers’ Company, both 39mm (BHM 3549, 3550), unsigned, 69mm (BHM 3585), and in silver, by E.J. Poynter, 36mm (BHM 3598); Completion of Public Buildings in Bilston, 1897, a bronze medal signed S, 55mm (BHM 3614; Taylor 228a) [6]. First very fine but rims lightly bruised, others extremely fine, fifth toned and very rare in silver (£50-70)
