London, North London Chess Club, a bronze award medal, unsigned, knight on horseback, rev. scroll on chess-board, named (1907-1908, J.T. Heppell), 51mm; City of London Chess Club Championship, a bronze award medal by Mappin & Webb, City arms and supporters, rev. wreath and chess pieces, named (G.E. Wainwright, 1918), 70mm; together with other medals (5, four in silver), for swimming (one dated 1845), boxing, golf, etc [7]. First two extremely fine, others in varied state (£50-70)
