A Small Wine Glass Said to Have Been One From a Set Presented to Lord Neson After The Battle of Copenhagen, 9.5cm high, the cup shaped bowl inscribed within a decorated oval ‘Ld. Nelson Copenhagen, 2 April 1801’, above flutes, octagonal faceted stem and a conical foot, old ink written paper label glued to base, inscribed ‘One of a set of wine glasses presented to Lord Nelson after the Battle of Copenhagen and given to me by his great niece, Mrs Girdlestone on the 2nd April 1891 - 90 years after the battle, [signed] C. Berney Brown’, good condition £200-300
