John Jackson was born in Saltash, Cornwall. Having previously served aboard the Pallas, Brittania and Talavera, Jackson joined the Blenheim on 17 January 1840, aged 23 years. He was discharged when the ship was paid off on 28 March 1843. Sold with some copied research.
