Sepoy Muhammad Din, 2nd Battalion 14th Punjab Regiment, son of Mubarak Jan of Khanpur, Hazara, Pakistan, was killed on 18 December 1941. His name is commemorated on the Sai Wan Memorial, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong fell to the Japanese on Christmas Day 1941 after a brief but intense period of fighting.
