Harold Wallace Dixon was born in Barton Hill, Bristol and enlisted at Bristol. Serving with the 7th Battalion Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry, he died of wounds on 26 September 1918. He was buried in the Douai British Cemetery, Cuincy, Nord, France.
