, 2 clasps, Cape Colony, Rhodesia (12076 Tpr., 65th Coy. 17th Impl. Yeo.), single initial ‘W.’; King’s South Africa 1901-02, 2 clasps, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902 (12076 S. Sjt.-Maj., Imp. Yeo.); British War and Victory Medals (Lieut.), the first two with contact marks and edge bruising, and the second with tightened suspension claw, about very fine, the others rather better (4) £250-300

Proby was appointed a Lieutenant in the Royal North-West Mounted Police in June 1918.
