He has shown himself to be an extremely competent organiser and his enthusiasm for his work and pride in the Section of which he takes charge has often been the subject of appreciative comment from his senior officers. His zeal, energy and loyalty have always been of the highest order and are reflected to the full in his highly efficient and contented Section.’
