Sold with a small quantity of related artefacts, comprising a silver cigarette case, severely dented, the outer case inscribed, ‘Sergt. Russell, R.E., From Sergts. Mess, 31st Genl. Hosptl., 1916-17’; and assorted shooting prize awards, including an Ontario Rifle Association prize medal, silver, unnamed, in fitted case of issue, two others of unknown origin, in silver and in gold, both named to ‘W.O. 1 H. Russell’ and dated 1925; and two National Rifle Association (Bisley) bullion/ embroidered badges for 1929 and 1931.
