Margaret Katherine Wynne Williams of Ruthin, North Wales enrolled into the V.A.D. on 16 April 1915, serving in the Denbigh Detachment. She served in a military hospital in France between 5 October 1915-10 November 1915, Ruthin Red Cross Hospital, December 1915-March 1916, Shenstone House Auxiliary Hospital, Manchester, June 1917-March 1918 and East Lancashire British Red Cross Hospital, Parkfield, Manchester, August 1919-?
