Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 2 clasps, Tugela Heights, Relief of Ladysmith (193646 Boy 1 Cl., H.M.S. Terrible) officially engraved naming; China 1900, no clasp (A.B. H.M.S. Terrible) contact marks, otherwise very fine (2) £300-350

Served in South Africa with the crew of No. 2 4.7-inch gun commanded by Lieutenant Hunt of H.M.S. Forte. The Q.S.A. roll shows ‘medal returned’.
