China 1900, 1 clasp, Relief of Pekin (F. C. Randall, A.B. H.M.S. Terrible) contact marks, otherwise nearly very fine £150-200

Also served in South Africa in Terribles Naval Brigadewith Lieutenant Ogilvey’s 12-pounder Battery of four guns, as a member of No. 1 gun’s crew under Petty Officer Venness as Captain of Gun, and is entitled to the Q.S.A. medal with clasps for Tugela Heights and Relief of Ladysmith. The rolls note that he was issued with duplicates of both medals.
