William Henry Burrows was born in Camelford, Cornwall on 31 January 1843. Entering the Royal Navy in 1872, he served aboard H.M.S.
Decoy between 30 October 1872 and 19 October 1874. He was ‘discharged dead’ on H.M.S. Daedalus on 6 July 1876. Sold with copied service paper.
