Chiragh Din Ahmed attained the rank of Jemadar in 1932 and gained the rank of War Substantive 2nd Lieutenant in 1943. He served with the 25th Mountain Regiment R.A. The regiment joined the 7th Division in October 1944 and saw action in the Second Arakan Campaign. Sold with an associated badge and some copied campaign history.
