British War and Victory Medals (4694 Pte., Oxf. & Bucks. L.I.), in damaged card box of issue, extremely fine (2) £50-70

Harry Parker, living in Bicester enlisted at Oxford. Serving with the 2nd/4th Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry, he was killed in action on 29 June 1916. He was interred in the Laventie Military Cemetery, La Gorgue. Sold with two original photographs of the recipient.
