Albert Simpson enlisted on 22 April 1908 and entered the France/Flanders theatre of war as a Serjeant Trumpeter with the Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry on 28 August 1915. He was discharged as medically unfit on 21 April 1916 and was awarded the Silver War Badge. Sold with copied research.
