Charles Percy Trudgian was born in Truro, Cornwall and living in Grampound, Cornwall, enlisted at Exeter. Serving with the 8th Battalion Devonshire Regiment, he died of wounds on 29 April 1917, aged 27 years. He was buried in the Etaples Military Cemetery.
