B.E.M. London Gazette 4 January 1944.

Joseph Henry Crofts, who was born in July 1892, was decorated for his services as Bosun of the M.V.
Lochmonar, a cargo liner of the Royal Mail Lines (Seedie’s refers). His only other entitlement for the Second World War was to the 1939-45 Star and War Medal (official records refer).
