Wooding, P.O.), impressed naming, 51mm., bronze, in case of issue, Ref: B.H.M. 4151, Eimer 1966; Port of London, Naval Repair Base Medal 1914-1919, Naval crown; reverse: inscription in raised letters (name engraved), ‘Presented by Rear Admiral A.
