William George Simco Armond was born in Portsea, Hampshire, in 1892 and served with the Royal Field Artillery (Territorial Force) during the Great War, being awarded his Territorial Force Efficiency Medal per Army Order 275 of 1919. He died in Portsmouth on 31 October 1919.
