Thomas Montgomerie Webb was appointed 2nd Lieutenant in the North Staffordshire Regiment on 31 October 1888; Lieutenant 15 December 1890; served in West Africa 1897-98; Captain, 11 January 1899. He is shown on the retired list in 1904.
