Percy Leonard Moss was born at Abingdon, Oxfordshire, in 1895 and attested for the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. He served with the 2nd/4th Battalion during the Great War, and died at Headington, Oxford, in April 1962.
