Edward J. Haynes attested for the Gordon Highlanders and served with them during the Great War on the Western Front from 1 November 1915. He was discharged to the Class Z Reserve on 21 March 1919.

George Rae attested for the Gordon Highlanders and served with them during the Great War on the Western Front from 23 November 1915. He later served with the Royal Engineers.

John Sinnott, a native of Bray, County Wicklow, attested for the Royal Irish Rifles and served with the 1st Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front. He was killed in action on 26 October 1916; he has no known grave and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, France.

John Cregg attested for the Connaught Rangers and served with the 5th Battalion during the Great War in the Gallipoli theatre of War from September 1915. He later transferred to the Labour Corps and was discharged on 1 November 1918.
