Pillet, cast by Susse Frès, Ceres accompanying two bullocks ploughing, led by a peasant, 185 x 135mm (CGMP p.315; BDM IV, 537; BM Acq. 1983-7, pl.44, 110; ANS Exh. Cat. 1910, p.236, 1; cf. DW 24, 103). Very fine, rare; with screw-holes and screws for mounting on the back (£80-100)
