Taylor, seated figure of Minerva, rev. wreath, named (Reward for Good Conduct during one year Merited by Mr. Gordon Thompson from his sincere friend The Principal, 28 July 1864), edge engraved (Gothic House, Clapham Rise, German, French & Classical College), 38mm; The Foundation of the City of London School, 1834, a 20th century silver striking by Pinches of the medal by B. Wyon, façade of building, rev. youth with seated figure of Knowledge, 58mm (BHM 1680; Taylor 120a) [2]. Extremely fine, second matt; both in fitted cases (£60-80)
