Hygiea, semi-naked, trims her lamp, 73mm (Brettauer 163; BHM 2003; E 1359); Edinburgh University, copper award medals (3), for Operative Midwifery and Gynaecology, named (Alexander Bruce, 1879), General Pathology, named (Robert Hutchinson, 1890-1), Public Health, named (Robert Hutchinson, 1891-92), all 52mm; Surgeons’ Hall, Edinburgh, School of Medicine, a copper award medal for Practical Materia Medica and Pharmacy, named (R.F. Lunn, 1906-7), 48mm [5]. Very fine and better, but edge of first knocked and rim pierced to facilitate swivel mounting (£50-70)
